A correct call is 3 points. If the model gave that result less than a 1-in-4 chance, it was an upset and a correct call is 5 points. Wrong is 0. The model is graded by the same rule — but it always backs a favourite, so it can never earn the upset bonus. That asymmetry is the game.
The board resets Monday and is ranked on margin, so copying the model is worth exactly zero. You need three graded picks to enter. Results settle on the score reported at full time; abandoned matches score nothing.
